Due to the acquisition of Crystal Hospitality Holdings, Inc. as disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 21, 2006, the Registrant and its auditors are unable to finalize its financial statements for the quarter ended April 30, 2006 without unreasonable effort and expense. The Registrant will file its Form 10-QSB as soon as practical.
