Item 1.01Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On February 11, 2011, Pain Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an operating lease for approximately 5,700 square feet of office space in Austin Texas (the “Lease”). The Lease terminates in 2012. Minimum lease payments for the Lease are approximately $140,000.
