(b) On May 8, 2019, Dean Warras, who currently serves as President, Animal Health & Nutrition, North America of Phibro Animal Health Corporation (the “Company”) and is a named executive officer, was appointed to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances, effective May 20, 2019. In this position, Mr. Warras will build stronger, more comprehensive business relationships with the Company’s business partners, including key customers, manufacturers and distributors within North America.
