Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 6, 2009, China Integrated Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it consummated a public offering of 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at a public offering price of $5.75 per share. The closing took place on November 4, 2009. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 750,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
The Company’s press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
