Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 26, 2020, CF Bankshares Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
Item 8.01. Other Events
On October 26, 2020, the Company announced in its Earnings Release that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.03 per share, which will be payable on November 16, 2020 to holders of record of the Company’s voting and nonvoting common stock as of the close of business on November 5, 2020.
