STATEMENT UNDER OATH OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICER REGARDING
FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES RELATING TO EXCHANGE ACT FILINGS
I, Thomas E. Gallagher, state and attest that:
