Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 9, 2010, Lakes Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Chisholm Creek Casino Resort, LLC (“Chisholm Creek”) has officially withdrawn its application to be the Lottery Facility Gaming Manager in the South Central Gaming Zone in Kansas.
