1. Represents shares repurchased under the Company's share repurchase program authorized on March 12, 2019.

2. Since the date of the Reporting Person's last report, 156,880 shares previously owned through the Lyle A. Berman Roth IRA were transferred to Mr. Berman's revocable living trust and are therefore now reported as owned directly.

3. Berman Consulting Corporation is a corporation wholly owned by the Reporting Person.
