A copy of the joint investor presentation of Lakes Entertainment, Inc. (“Lakes”) and Sartini Gaming, Inc. (“Golden”), which owns and operates Golden Gaming, LLC, detailing the merger transaction pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated January 25, 2015, among Lakes, Golden, LG Acquisition Corporation, and The Blake L.
