Announcement Regarding the Establishment of a Software Company
Our company’s Board of Directors has taken the decision to establish a software company in order to develop software products and services, train software developers, serve our Company and its subsidiaries and third parties both in Turkey and in other countries and/or to operate in other fields which are permitted by the legislation.
The announcement regarding this process was postponed as per the Board of Directors decision in accordance with the Article-6 of Capital Market Board’s Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure, as it could have an impact on the investment decision of investors, as well as the stock price.
