Announcement Regarding Organizational Change (Digital Transformation)
It has been resolved to establish “Digital Transformation” function, which will lead the digitalization journey of our Company and accomplish the digitalization vision. Serkan Öztürk, who currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Information and Communication Technologies, will also assume Executive Vice President role responsible for Digital Transformation in addition to his existing role.
