BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES RESOLUTION OF THE SUPERINTENDENCE OF FINANCE OF COLOMBIA
Medellin, Colombia, February 23, 2017
Bancolombia announces that pursuant to Resolution 0169 dated February 7, 2017, which was notified to the Bank on February 23, 2017, the Superintendence of Finance of Colombia imposed a fine on the Bank for eight hundred and forty million pesos (COP $840,000,000) – approximately USD 292,580* – for failures in the technology services that interfered with customer services between June and July of 2016.
Bancolombia will take all available legal actions in connection with this decision.
