John Wiley & Sons, Inc., (NYSE: JWa, JWb) issued a press release today announcing that the Wiley Board of Directors has elected Laurie A. Leshin, Ph.D., President of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, to join the Board effective November 16, 2015. Dr. Leshin’s election to the board will be for a term up until the next annual meeting of shareholders. Dr. Leshin will be a member of the Board’s Executive Compensation and Development Committee.
