1. Ownership includes previous awards of 37,646 restricted stock units subject to vesting requirements which vest in the following manner: 8,304 restricted stock units vest in three equal installments on the anniversary of the grant date beginning December 11, 2019; 6,668 restricted stock units vest in two equal installments on the anniversary of the grant date beginning July 1, 2020; 7,906 restricted stock units vest in three equal installments on the anniversary of the grant date beginning October 13, 2020; 5,538 restricted stock units vest on July 6, 2020; and 9,230 restricted stock units vest on July 6, 2021.
