2. Owned by a revocable trust held in the name of Mr. Roberts' spouse of which he serves as co-trustee and beneficiary.

3. Owned by a family trust of which Mr. Roberts serves as co-trustee.

4. Owned by a revocable trust for the benefit of Mr. Roberts' spouse.

5. This sale is pursuant to a 10b5-1 Trading Plan that was established on February 14, 2021.

6. Ownership includes 3,300 shares of restricted stock units subject to vesting requirements.
