Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 25, 2019, SolarWindow Technologies, Inc., developer of transparent liquid coatings that convert passive windows into electricity-generating windows, issued a press release announcing the use of a new high-performance polymer for the fabrication of its transparent electricity-generating SolarWindow™ coatings. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
