On August 11, 2008, Arcadia Resources, Inc. filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q and issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
