Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 9, 2009, Arcadia Resources, Inc. filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q and issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
