ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
On June 15, 2005, Steven E. Crouse, the Company's Principal Accounting Officer, resigned from the Company. The Company will conduct a search for a replacement to Mr. Crouse. Until such replacement is hired, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Richard W. Edwards, will perform Mr. Crouse's former duties as Principal Accounting Officer after Mr. Crouse's last day with the Company on July 8, 2005.
