Van der Moolen Announces Repurchase of Shares
AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Van der Moolen Holding N.V. announced today that, in line with its announcement on June 13, 2008, the company has repurchased 954,288 shares between July 9 and July 15, 2008.
The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 4,177,802 ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 15,634,312. The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 3.74.
To date approximately 95% (100% = 4,411,990) of the repurchase programme has been completed.
