(the “Company”) will be making presentations to certain members of the investment community and, in connection therewith, will advance a PowerPoint presentation (the “Presentation”) providing certain information about the Company. This Presentation will be made available on the Company’s website atwww.aurigalabs.com as soon thereafter as practicable. The Presentation is furnished under this Item 7.01 pursuant to Regulation FD and is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
