ARCH CHEMICALS ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
NORWALK, CT, September 22, 2009 —Arch Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: ARJ) announced that Louis S. Massimo, Arch Chemicals’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities.
The Company will reassign Mr. Massimo’s responsibilities within its senior management team and will announce these changes shortly.
“Louis has made many significant contributions to Arch Chemicals in operating, financial and portfolio management positions since its spin-off from Olin Corporation. He played a pivotal role in Arch’s profitable growth and development over the last 10-plus years,” said Arch Chemicals’ Chairman, President and CEO Michael E. Campbell. “We wish Louis much success in his future endeavors.” Mr. Campbell added.
