On March 20, 2009, The Williams Companies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that Steve Malcolm, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Ralph Hill, president of the Company’s Exploration & Production business, will be presenting at the 37th Annual Howard Weil Energy Conference on Tuesday, March 24.
A copy of the Company’s presentation from the conference will be available for 30 days at the Company’s website, http:// www.williams.com/investors and is also attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. Both Exhibits are incorporated herein by reference.
