TOMBSTONE EXPLORATION CORPORATION
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 5, 2009, Simon Russell tendered his resignation as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, which resignation became effective on May 18, 2009. The Board of Directors accepted such resignation as of May 18, 2009. Mr. Russell’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
Mr. Russell will continue to consult with the Company on an as needed basis.
