Press Release
On June 30, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has contracted Geotech Ltd. of Ontario, Canada to fly an airborne Z-Axis Tipper Electromagnetic (ZTEM) on its Tombstone, Arizona property. ZTEM was selected for its ability to detect buried porphyry deposits and is capable of gathering data over 6,000 feet (2 kilometers) below ground surface. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 6-K.
