The reporting person received an award of restricted stock units (RSUs) on May 13, 2021 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for his service on the Board for the period beginning May 13, 2021 and ending on the date of the Company's 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. The RSUs granted will vest in full on the earlier of (i) the date of the Company's 2022 annual meeting of stockholders and (ii) May 12, 2022.
