On May 22, 2007, Citizens First Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The press release announced that the Board of Directors of Citizens First Corporation approved a stock repurchase program of up to 100,000 shares of common stock of the Corporation.
