Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On June 22, 2015, Steve Newberry resigned from the Board of Directors of Citizens First Corporation, effective June 22, 2015. Mr. Newberry resigned from the Board as a result of demands related to other ongoing business activities and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Newberry has served on all major committees of the Board and at the time of his resignation served on the Company's Governance Committee.
