State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Registrant is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 by April 2, 2007 without unreasonable effort and expense. The Registrant’s management was not able to complete its analysis of and adjustments to its loan loss reserves by April 2, 2007. The adjustments will impact the Registrant’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006 and have delayed the delivery of completed financial statements to the Registrant’s independent accountants.
