On February 19, 2009, Wilshire Enterprises, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release respecting a letter that the Company received from Mr. Andrew Dakos, Managing Member, Full Value Advisors LLC, General Partner of Full Value Partners, L.P. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
On February 20, 2009, the Company sent a letter to Mr. Andrew Dakos, Managing Member, Full Value Advisors LLC, General Partner of Full Value Partners, L.P. A copy of the letter is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2.
