Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 18, 2006, Bear Lake Recreation, Inc. (OTC:BB BLKE) entered into an addendum to the Letter of Intent, as executed on October 16, 2006, to acquire Vault Technologies, Inc., an Alberta corporation ("Vault"). The addendum provides for the Letter of Intent to remain effective through January 31, 2007, unless terminated by either party.
The closing is subject to the execution and delivery of a definitive agreement and various other conditions. No assurance can be given that this acquisition will be completed.
