On June 30, 2005, Priceline.com Incorporated (“priceline.com”) announced that it had entered into a multi-service travel marketing agreement with Orbitz, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1. Priceline.com does not expect the agreement to have a material impact on its 2005 financial results.
