On October 24, 2017, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing a third quarter 2017 cash distribution of $1.00 per common unit payable on November 14, 2017 to common unitholders of record on November 3, 2017.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
