The description of the common stock of Crexendo, Inc. (the “Company”) is set forth in the Company’s registration statements on form S1 with a registration number of 333-45356, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 7, 2000 and on the form S-1/A with a registration number of 333-79751 originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 18, 1999 both of which are hereby incorporated by reference. The description of the Stock is amended by Exhibit 4.3 of the 2019 Form 10K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 3, 2020 which is further incorporated by reference.
