Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant
On September 14, 2001 the Registrant engaged Michael J. Larsen, LLC as its new independent accountant. Prior to the engagement of Michael J. Larsen, LLC, the Registrant did not consult with Michael J. Larsen, LLC, on the application of accounting principles to any specific transaction nor the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Registrant's financial statements.
