(“Cemex”) (NYSE: CX) announces that, on October 5, 2023, it successfully closed its previously announced offering of $6 billion Mexican pesos of its sustainability-linked long-term notes (certificados bursátiles de largo plazo) (the “Notes”). Cemex intends to use the proceeds to repay indebtedness.
