| Item 1.01. | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On April 12, 2012 we entered into a Second Amendment to Sale and Supply Agreement (the “Amendment”) with Illumina, Inc. (“Illumina”) amending that certain Sale and Supply Agreement we entered into with Illumina on July 8, 2011, as amended (the “Supply Agreement”). The Amendment extends the term of the Supply Agreement to a five year term, terminating in July 2016 unless earlier terminated as provided for in the Supply Agreement. The Amendment also adjusted the quantity and timing of the consumables, and the price of the instruments, being purchased by us pursuant to the Supply Agreement.
