Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on March 8, 2006, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing second quarter of fiscal 2006 ended February 25, 2006 earnings on March 16, 2006. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on March 16, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.
