Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on March 11, 2010, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on March 18, 2010, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2010 ended February 27, 2010. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on March 18, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Central time.
