On May 19, 2009, Skystar Bio-Pharmaceutical Company issued a press release announcing its 10-for-1 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares and a proportional reduction of its authorized common shares effected on May 12, 2009, as well as a change of its trading symbol as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board from “SKBI” to “SKBO”. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and the information in Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference.
