Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 29, 2012, Internet Patents Corporation filed a lawsuit against eBags, Inc, and TellApart, Inc. alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,898,587 entitled “Event Log Information in Client-Server Computer System.” The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
