EXPLANATORY NOTE
Optibase Ltd. (Nasdaq: OBAS) (the “Company”) is filing this Form 6-K/A as an amendment to the Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K filed by the Company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 17, 2021 (“Original Form 6-K”), which reported the results of the voting at the Company’s Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on August 17, 2021 (the “Meeting”). The previous filing contained certain errors with respect to such results due to miscalculation of the votes counted. Below are the corrected results of the voting at the Meeting.
At the Meeting, Proposals No. 1, 2 and 8 were approved by the shareholders by the required majorities, and Proposals No. 3 through 7 were not approved.
