On September 7, 2007, LookSmart, Ltd. promoted Bert Knorr to Vice-President, Technology for the Company effective as of September 10, 2007. Mr. Knorr’s employment is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the promotion letter, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
