Today Theravance, Inc. issued a press release announcing the outcome of the meeting of the Anti-Infective Drugs Advisory Committee to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding telavancin for the treatment of complicated skin and skin structure infections. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
