On October 1, 2007, the Company appointed Teresa F. Santos to the position of General Counsel & Secretary of the corporation. Ms. Santos, age 32, holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University, a Master of Science in Management from Emmanuel College and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Santos served as the Company's Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Ms. Santos was an attorney practicing with the international law firm of ReedSmith LLP. |
