(b) On November 27, 2015, Mark Walsh provided written notice to TheStreet, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective November 30, 2015. Mr. Walsh was nominated by the President of the United States to serve as the head of the Office of Investment and Innovation of the Small Business Administration, and his duties in that role will preclude his continued participation on the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Walsh confirmed that his resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
