On April 13, 2011, Richard Feinstein voluntarily resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of EDGAR Online, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee, effective May 12, 2011. The decision by Mr. Feinstein to resign from the Board of Directors was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
The Company has commenced a search for a replacement director and information relating to such appointment will be disclosed as soon as available.
