Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On September 17, 2007, International Energy, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, International Energy Corp., entered into a Research Agreement with The Regents of the University of California in the area of algal biochemistry and photosynthesis. This Research Agreement between International Energy Corp. andThe Regents of the University of California is attached as Exhibit 10.1.
