(b) On February 14, 2025, Terrence F. Blaschke announced his intention to retire and submitted his immediately effective resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of DURECT Corporation (the “Company”), including from his role as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board (the “Nominating Committee”).
Dr. Blaschke’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
