ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 9, 2010, China Green Material Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to its financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
